The process of hiring promotional staff, hostesses and events staff couldn’t be easier.

The above price includes all costs. If your event is outside a major metropolitan city, there may be additional travel costs but we can advise on this. Our rates include the staff basic rate of pay, National Insurance,  holiday pay, sick pay, pension and payroll costs.
If you would like to book professional staff to represent your brand please send us a quick brief. Once received, we check staff availability and select a shortlist of the most appropriate staff. We leave the final selection to you allowing you to select staff after reviewing their profiles (This includes photos, a description of their experience and comments from previous clients).
You can then hand select your own team and feel free to call the staff to ensure they will be the right fit!
When you have selected your staff we then take payment and contract the staff. We will then share contact details to allow you to correspond with the staff directly, briefing them on your brand and agreeing meeting arrangements.
If you would like Ngage to select, brief and manage staff on your behalf, we then charge 15% agency fee for this service.
